OSHA Outreach Training: OSHA 10 and OSHA 30
Why OSHA 10 and 30?
Many of the larger private contractors and all government contractors have moved towards requiring OSHA 10 for all employees and OSHA 30 for supervisors. You can have your employees go online and click through a presentation that may or may not make an impact on their work practices, or you can put them with an experienced instructor. An instructor that can help them take the hundreds of pages of data and condense it into what actions they need to take.
OSHA 10 is designed to be general in nature and provide a basic introduction to the regulations and a general understanding of safety practices.
OSHA 30 is the deep dive that focuses on supervisor responsibilities and does a much deeper exploration of the regulations and their applications.
At the end of the day nothing can replace experience when it comes to interpreting the regulations, but we can shorten the process by sharing our experience.
